The Basic Decision

WE THE PEOPLE of the United States, in order to form a more perfect Union, must choose between    clarity and confusion.  (Preamble: italics)  A veneer of legitimacy does not change the reality of the occupation.  There is a gang posing as a government, which is the definition of a constitutional crisis. 

     WE is the first word in the Constitution.  The only time “I” appears is in the oath.  The “I” acts on behalf of the “WE.” 

     “So help me God” means nothing to the gentleman from New York.  They are just some words to mumble.  For he violated Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment in plain sight.  That provision prohibits anyone who has taken an oath to support the Constitution and then “engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same” from holding Federal or State office.  He cannot serve unless “Congress...by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.”  Meanwhile, he is illegitimate.  His only title is Mister or Sir or Your Fraudulency.  Thus, the choice is clarity or confusion—the Constitution or the Chief Traitor.

     Multiple fail-safes were overridden or ignored to arrive at this moment.  Time and again, there have been no consequences—not in the Electoral College, nor during certification, nor impeachment. 

     We cannot afford to pretend.  Police do not need to wait for a prosecutor to impanel a grand jury and get an indictment when a crime has been committed in plain sight.  Stop jumping hurdles and going the extra mile.  Acknowledge the obvious and execute the arrests. 

     The Chief Traitor and J.D. Vance are illegitimate, the latter having feasted on the fruit of the poisonous tree.  The Electoral College ballots cast and counted for an insurrectionist—and his deputy, who gave “aid or comfort” to that enemy of the Constitution—are, by definition, invalid because both are “constitutionally ineligible” for the Presidency and the Vice Presidency.  (Fourteenth Amendment, Section 3 & Twelfth Amendment)  Therefore the House of Representatives and the Senate have no role to play, in regard to a contingent election, as no choice is to be made.  (Twelfth Amendment)  Thus, Kamala Harris and Tim Walz need only to take the oath and enter the White House.

     This is a matter of national security—and a time to fire another shot heard ‘round the world.  The Chief Traitor served surrender on a silver platter.  But that will not stand. 

     Republics are rare.  Yet their existence terrifies tyrants.  And nothing would please them more than their demise, a death they try to hasten. 

     Comrade, you have dealt with one segment of American society.  So, pop the corks in the Kremlin and drink champagne.  Rejoice while you can and “enjoy the pleasures of sin for a season.”  (Hebrews 11:25, KJV)  You have made a serious mistake, the depths of which you cannot begin to comprehend. 

     President Kennedy understood the lessons of history.  One must not stand alone.  Survival depends upon strength. 

     As apt and applicable as the Declaration of Independence is today, we would do well to honor that other historic document drafted in this hall--the Constitution of the United States.  For it stressed not independence but interdependence--not the individual liberty of one but the indivisible liberty of all.... 

     The nations of Western Europe, long divided by feuds far more bitter than any which existed among the 13 colonies, are today joining together, seeking, as our forefathers sought, to find freedom in diversity and in unity, strength. 

     The United States looks on this vast new enterprise with hope and admiration.  We do not regard a strong and united Europe as a rival but as a partner. 

     ...(T)he United States will be ready for a Declaration of Interdependence....  (W)e will be prepared to discuss with a united Europe the ways and means of forming a concrete Atlantic partnership, a mutually beneficial partnership between the new union now emerging in Europe and the old American Union founded here 175 years ago.... 

     In urging the adoption of the United States Constitution, Alexander Hamilton told his fellow New Yorkers "to think continentally."  Today Americans must learn to think intercontinentally. 

     Acting on our own, by ourselves, we cannot establish justice throughout the world; we cannot insure its domestic tranquility, or provide for its common defense, or promote its general welfare, or secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity.  But joined with other free nations, we can do all this and more.  We can assist the developing nations to throw off the yoke of poverty.  We can balance our worldwide trade and payments at the highest possible level of growth.  We can mount a deterrent powerful enough to deter any aggression.  And ultimately we can help to achieve a world of law and free choice, banishing the world of war and coercion. 

     In the future, since republics are rare, our adversaries must understand that NATO’s Article V is equivalent to Article IV, Section 4 of the American Constitution—a “guarantee to…a republican form of government”—and shall require an appropriate response if violated.  Therefore, due to the threat posed to Alliance security, the three blusterteers—the Chief Traitor, J.D. Vance, and Elon Musk—shall be subject to trial by national and international law.  Other actors beware. 

IV 

     Those who say it is hopeless must remember that the United States of America is a miracle.  The smart money was not on the Colonists during the Revolutionary War.  But, against all odds, the world was turned upside down. 

     Comrade, with the departure of your assets, Kamala Harris and Tim Walz will be in the White House.  They will apologize to President Zelensky and the Allies.  America will rise like a phoenix—and then you will get our undivided attention. 

     May God bless all the members of the Armed Forces, the Intelligence Community, and the Diplomatic Corps of the United States of America and the Allies.  And may God open the eyes of all who have taken the oath to uphold the Constitution.

The End of Deference

THE FOUNDERS did not need permission to say goodbye to a tyrant—and neither do we.  The grievances in the Declaration of Independence against King George III are a match for the charges against the gentleman from New York, kindling ready to set ablaze.  To prove this, let facts be submitted to a candid world.  The Chief Traitor treats Congress like a doormat.  He has gone beyond impoundment and moved on to cancellation.  He is destroying institutional memory by decapitating the Civil Service.  He disrespects law enforcement, defies the courts, and pardons insurrectionists.  He threatens the press, compromises the Intelligence Community, and undermines the Allies.  With an enemy like him, we will soon have no friends. 

     At least George III was King.  The Chief Traitor is an impostor.  His orders are illegal because he is illegitimate.  His titles are Mister or Sir or Your Fraudulency.  And it is well past time to treat him as such.  All who have taken the oath have a duty do so.  For we are required to support and defend the Constitution “against all enemies, foreign and domestic.”  (Emphasis added) 

     Where is Saint George when you need him?  Slay the dragon and then deal with its progeny.  The “nominees” or “appointees” are a distraction.  And fear not, his deputy cannot take his place, except to have his neck feel the edge of a sword, if he is captured first.  Otherwise, darkness overtakes the twilight’s last gleaming and dawn becomes a memory. 

     Why is it so hard to acknowledge the obvious?  There is one reply to the attempted transition from a republic to a despotism:  The answer is no.  But the grotesque neglect of duty at the joint session of Congress, on January 6, 2025, enabled the return of King George III because the Democrats did not make a Declaration of Illegitimacy, a simple statement of fact that the Chief Traitor violated Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment in plain sight.  Yet their hesitation then does not preclude action now.  Let the overt operation begin.  For that provision prohibits anyone who has taken an oath to support the Constitution and then “engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same” from holding Federal or State office.  Thus, the gang posing as a government is a threat to national security—and the one who occupies the White House can only do so if “Congress...by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.”  In the meantime, he is illegitimate.

The Twilight’s Last Gleaming

On Installation Day, an illegal immigrant from South Africa stands behind a podium adorned with the SEAL OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES and makes two Nazi salutes.  Now, instead of a Fourth Reich, we must be forthright when confronting fools.  For the rich man, drowning in money, is morally bankrupt—and neither wise nor mighty.

     The Democrats are good at closing the barn door after the horses are gone.  Representative McGovern (D-MA) stood up and spoke out on the House floor after the Chief Traitor pardoned the insurrectionists.  But that was too little, too late.  Faux outrage is not enough.  Where were you and your colleagues on the sixth? 

     The gentleman from New York violated Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment in plain sight and mocks the oath to “preserve, protect and defend the Constitution.”  (Article II, Section 1, Clause 8)  Yet he pretends to be what he clearly is not—a patriot.  Meanwhile, the Democrats get a lot of exercise, a hernia, and indigestion as they “strain at a gnat and swallow a camel.”  (Matthew 23:24, KJV)  For instead of an ounce of prevention, Democrats respond to the latest outrage and then ignore the cure, as sure as night follows day.  But how about running rings around the Republicans by telling the truth? 

     An After-Action Report reveals that there was no strong response to the rebellion and no daily factual challenge to immunity.  There were no recounts and no use of the Electoral College in its national security role; and on January 6, 2025, at the joint session of Congress, there was no Declaration of Illegitimacy.  Thus, the goals set forth in the Preamble were cast aside in favor of an attitude:  “Hooray for me, to hell with you!” 

     Lawyers play a vital role in our society.  But sometimes they are so steeped in making technical arguments that they miss the point.  Other perspectives are needed. 

     The gentleman from New York has violated Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment in plain sight long enough.  That provision prohibits anyone who has taken an oath to support the Constitution and then “engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same” from holding Federal or State office.  Thus, the one who occupies the White House can only be absolved if “Congress...by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.” 

     Until Democrats make a Declaration of Illegitimacy, they will be a day late and a dollar short.  For courage is the currency.  But the Democrats are in desperate need of a backbone transplant.

“Democrats are not election deniers,” says Representative Dingell.  No, Democrats are cowards.  Democrats are deniers of the reality that the gentleman from New York, who resides at Mar-a-Lago, violated Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment in plain sight.  Yet Democrats could not make a Declaration of Illegitimacy—a simple statement of fact.  What an embarrassment! 

     The oath requires us to support and defend the Constitution “against all enemies, foreign and domestic.”  The gentleman from New York is a domestic enemy.  His own words regarding “the termination...of the Constitution” make the point. 

     Democrats, no one was shooting at you.  You did not have to cross a mine field without sappers.  You did not have to do a bomb sweep.  All you had to do was stand up and tell the truth.

The Return of King George III

“In every stage of these oppressions we have petitioned for redress in the most humble terms:  Our repeated petitions have been answered only by repeated injury.  A prince whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a tyrant is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.” 

THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE was a Declaration of Illegitimacy.  It was a last resort. 

     Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment prohibits anyone who has taken an oath to support the Constitution and then “engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same” from holding Federal or State office.  The gentleman from New York, who resides at Mar-a-Lago, has violated that provision in plain sight.  Must WE THE PEOPLE tolerate such disrespect?  The answer is no. 

     Tomorrow, Congress takes the oath to uphold the Constitution.  This is their duty—to support and defend the supreme law of the land “against all enemies, foreign and domestic.”  And your duty as a citizen is to remind them of theirs.  Contact your Representative and two Senators.  Make a difference, not an excuse. 

     On January 6, 2025, there will be a joint session to count the electoral votes.  But before that takes place, there must be another Declaration of Illegitimacy.  For that which we call despotism by any other name would still reek.  And someone must rise to clear the air. 

     We, therefore, the Senators and Representatives of the United States of America, in Congress,   assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the name and by authority of the good people of this nation, solemnly publish and declare, that they are absolved from allegiance to the gentleman from New York, that all political connection between them is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that he cannot hold office unless a two-thirds vote of each House shall remove such disability. 

     And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor.
