But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object, evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security.
Declaration of Independence
THE REINCARNATION OF KING GEORGE III means the return of his royal agents and writs of assistance—general search warrants—which allow them to do as they please. The result is injury or death—assault, detention, and murder. Under color of law, they wear masks, not uniforms, and display neither badges nor present IDs. What an insult to the 250th anniversary!

When James Madison was drafting the Bill of Rights, he did not wake up one morning from a dream thinking, “Oh, that is a good idea, let me write it down.” No, he was a student of history and contemporary experience. That is why the Fourth Amendment states: “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.” And that defines the role of a police officer in a republic in contrast to a royal agent in a monarchy.
Violations of the Bill of Rights are routine. False affidavits have been filed to claim probable cause. (Fourth Amendment) One grand jury after another has been subjected to prosecutorial misconduct in an effort to get a trial by jury, not to prove a case beyond a reasonable doubt but to settle for harassment. (Fifth & Sixth Amendments) The press is intimidated. “...(T)he right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances” is questioned. (First Amendment) But protests continue, because the safeguards are in danger.
“…(L)iberty can have nothing to fear from the judiciary alone, but would have every thing to fear from its union with either of the other departments; that as all the effects of such a union must ensue from a dependence of the former on the latter, notwithstanding a nominal and apparent separation....” (Alexander Hamilton, The Federalist Papers, No. 78; emphasis added) Indeed, some Justices of the Supreme Court have failed “to do their duty as faithful guardians of the Constitution.” (Alexander Hamilton, The Federalist Papers, No. 78) They allow the gentleman from New York to act with impunity.
Daily, the gang posing as a government chooses to cross the line. Anything is used as a pretext. The steady drip, drip, drip of their violations will precipitate the event.

“In every stage of these of these oppressions we have petitioned for redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated petitions have been answered only by repeated injury.” (Declaration of Independence)
By following in the footsteps of the Founders, law-abiding citizens have exercised remarkable restraint. “Prudence, indeed, will dictate that governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.” (Declaration of Independence) But if the last barrier—“the consent of the governed”—is breached, then the “evils” will no longer be “sufferable.” (Declaration of Independence) Election disruption means we cannot retreat. An echo of Lexington and Concord must be heard. That is not extraordinary, it is to be expected: “But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security.” (Declaration of Independence)
Citizens called to serve on a grand jury or a trial jury must be aware of self-defense.
The defence of one's self, or the mutual and reciprocal defence of such as stand in the relations of husband and wife, parent and child, master and servant. In these cases, if the party himself, or any of these his relations, be forcibly attacked in his person or property, it is lawful for him to repel force by force; and the breach of the peace, which happens, is chargeable upon him only who began the affray. For the law, in this case, respects the passions of the human mind; and (when external violence is offered to a man himself, or those to whom he bears a near connection) makes it lawful in him to do himself that immediate justice, to which he is prompted by nature, and which no prudential motives are strong enough to restrain. It considers that the future process of law is by no means an adequate remedy for injuries accompanied with force; since it is impossible to say, to what wanton lengths of reapine or cruelty outrages of this sort might be carried, unless it were permitted a man immediately to oppose one violence with another. Self-defence therefore as it is justly called the primary law of nature, so it is not, neither can it be in fact, taken away by the law of society. In the English law particularly it is held an excuse for breaches of the peace, nay even for homicide itself: but care must be taken that the resistance does not exceed the bounds of mere defence and prevention; for then the defender would himself become an aggressor. (Commentaries on the Laws of England, Book III, Chapter I, 3-4; emphasis added)
III
The best way to provide new guards for our future security is to remember that the oath—a precondition to hold office—is the most important part of the Constitution, and the gentleman from New York and his gang must suffer the consequences for its violation during the Battle of Capitol Hill on January 6, 2021 and subsequently. (Declaration of Independence & Article II, Section 1, Clause 8) Otherwise, the three branches, separation of powers, checks and balances are worthless. Thus, Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment makes explicit what was implicit. That provision prohibits anyone who has taken an oath to support the Constitution and then “engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same” from holding Federal or State office. (Emphasis added) One cannot serve unless “Congress...by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.” With a majority in the House of Representatives, the loyal opposition can bring a resolution to the floor to enforce it, and the failure of the gentleman from New York to get a two-thirds vote would be a declaration of illegitimacy. For the complaint against King George III the first time around is still true today: “A prince, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people." (Declaration of Independence) So, instead of crossing the Delaware, WE THE PEOPLE will sail on a river of the traitors' tears and conquer with Washington's element of surprise.

Self-styled “conservatives," who are “strict constructionists" and strong on “original intention," should have no objection to William Blackstone. He helped lay the foundation of Anglo-American jurisprudence, and the Founders cited him.
